American Knife & Tool Institute Applauds Passage of West Virginia House Bill 4145
This law allows a law-abiding citizen of West Virginia, who is 21 years of age or older, to lawfully carry a knife (considered ‘deadly weapon’), open or concealed, without needing to first obtain a government-issued permit.
