Knives can be used for a variety of uses including what electricians need daily on the job.  There are, however, knives designed specifically for use by electricians. These electrician knives are insulated to significantly reduce the chance of an electrical shock.

The kitchen is a compelling place for kids, with parents bustling around, making meals, pulling colorful items from the refrigerator. Cooking and baking can be a very enjoyable time for the family.  

“This legislation will not only allow Ohio residents and visitors to use a valuable tool, it will mean Ohio businesses can have a share of the huge market for automatic knives,” said Rick Hinderer, owner of Rick Hinderer Knives, a Shreve, Ohio, knife company.  

At its 2019 Blade Show meeting, the Board of Regents of the American Knife & Tool Institute (AKTI) elected John Sullivan of W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company to serve as the eighth person as president of the nonprofit trade association advocating for the knife community.
