Governors Sportsmen’s Caucus Attended by AKTI Legislative Chair CJ Buck

AKTI Launches Online Auction to Raise Funds for Legislative Efforts

The American Knife and Tool Institute launches a monthly online auction starting August 1, 2011. The auction is a fundraiser for the organization’s legislative efforts and features a Buck Knives fixed-blade hunting knife as its first item for bid.

Gerber’s Bill Raczkowski Named AKTI President – Rod Bremer is Organization’s New VP

The 6th AKTI president was selected at Blade 2011. Bill Raczkowski of Gerber follows AKTI President Goldie Russell, A.G. Russell Knives, who successful led the organization for four years, including through the U.S. Customs effort.

American Knife and Tool Institute Supports Congressional Sportsmen’s Foundation

The Congressional Sportsmen’s Foundation (CSF) was named AKTI’s first “American Knife & Tool Institute Advocacy Partner,” recognizing CSF importance as the voice of American sportsmen to legislators.
