“Protecting Your Brand”

Bipartisan Bill to Protect Knife Owners Passes Senate Committee

Bipartisan legislation would ensure people who are traveling with a secured knife are not prosecuted under local or state laws. The measure was led by U.S. Senators Mike Enzi, R-WY, and Ron Wyden, D-OR, at the request of the American Knife & Tool Institute (headquartered in Wyoming).

City of Baltimore Code Regarding Switch-blade Knives

Dagger, dirks, stilettos, bowie knives, swords, spears, knives with over 5″ blades and hand instruments designed to cut or stab another by being thrown would be removed from list of “illegal knives.”

Montana 2015 Pro-Knife Bill Vetoed by Governor

Pro-knife bill to increase critical dimension for knives considered weapons from 4″ to 6″ and the key element of unlawful intent added vetoed by Montana Governor Bullock.
