AKTI’s focus has always been on taking action to change knife laws that unfairly target law-abiding knife owners for knife possession. If you are aware of a knife situation that is unfair to knife owners, please contact the AKTI Executive Director about possible legislative action.
Unfortunately, AKTI does not have the resources to defend individual defendants in knife cases nor to provide free legal advice. However, we can perhaps help find a defense attorney or expert witnesses or refer you to other resources. We’ll do what we can.
