New Knife Trade Show Planned in Germany

March 13, 2026

A new knife and tool trade show, “Knife-X,” will debut in Germany later this year. According to Neue Messe Fulda, an event management company, the B2B trade show will take place Oct. 2-4 in Fulda, about 70 miles east of Frankfurt in central Germany.

Knife X poster“The entire industry will meet here – from industrial manufacturers and specialized retailers to custom knife makers and traditional workshops,” an email from the company reads. “For buyers, this means: in one single location, you will find everything from kitchen knives and accessories to hunting, collector’s and outdoor knives, covering the full breadth of the market, making it easy to compare products and engage directly with suppliers in person.”The October timing is highlighted as advantageous for the knife industry, providing businesses the opportunity to showcase new products and connect with buyers at the start of the crucial 4th quarter, potentially boosting year-end sales and partnerships.

Neue Messe Fulda manages a portfolio of trade shows in Germany that includes fire and rescue equipment, municipal technologies, and tents and campers.

The
Knife-X show website is under construction. Details are being added, but an informational brochure, translated into English, is available on the site.

Knife companies, media, and influencers can email info@neue-messe-fulda.de for additional information.

AKTI looks forward to hearing from any members who display at Knife-X about the show and their experience.
