
Attorney and knife expert Anthony Sculimbrene poses an interesting question in his latest column.
Namely, what, exactly, does this passage of New Jersey law mean:
“Any person who knowingly has in his possession any other weapon under circumstances not manifestly appropriate for such lawful uses as it may have is guilty of a crime of the fourth degree.”
One thing Sculimbrene and knife owners across the U.S. can agree on is that this is one of the dumbest knife laws on the books.
