Jason regularly represents clients in federal courts around the country, before the United States Patent and Trademark Office’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and in Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) proceedings. Throughout his career, he has enjoyed working with clients in many different industries including firearms, fashion and apparel, film and entertainment, technology, alcoholic beverages, construction, home goods, nutritional supplements, hospitality, and many others.

Jason was one of the first graduates of the University of Miami School of Law’s joint J.D./M.M. program. He graduated cum laude and with a Master’s degree in Music Business and Entertainment Industries. Prior to law school, Jason obtained a B.A. in Criminology and Criminal Justice and a minor in English from the University of Maryland, where he also graduated cum laude and as a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society.
